The Turning department specializes
in producing Shafts, Rotors, and other complex geometry
items using our varied array of CNC Turning machines.
Recently, we have added the capability of being able to
Gun Drill certain items, with the addition to
our Hardinge Quest 51 CNC Turning Center. The Turning
department normally operates five days a week, and
during peak production capacity, six days a week.
The department recently upgraded it CAM capabilities,
and is now able to program machines more effectively
using ESPRIT. Please view the technical details of the
